Gary Ferguson

Gary Ferguson has a strong background in starting, leading, and turning around healthcare IT organizations. As Chief Healthcare Strategist for TIBCO, he leads strategic market initiatives matching the advanced offerings of the firm with the critical needs of healthcare market. Prior to TIBCO, Dr. Ferguson was managing director of Health Communications Exchange, where he consulted and served as a board member for healthcare technology enabled services companies. Earlier, he was president of ClearPractice LLC, was president, CEO and member of the Board of Directors of NotifyMD, founded Respracare, and held senior management positions with Mediware Information Systems, Continental Healthcare Systems and United Western Medical Center. Dr. Ferguson earned his doctorate in pharmacy and pharmacology at the Los Angeles County and University of Southern California Health Network, and gained clinical experience working in a trauma center.
